Porsche Asia Pacific is offering a vacancy as Intern HR within its HR team

• Support the development and implementation of HR strategy
• Support coordination of staff movement processes including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
• Assist in operational HR enquiries
• Organise collaboration with universities and agencies
• Support in the context of staff training and development
• Analyse market study and staff survey results
• Assist in the maintenance of HR system
• Assist in office management tasks

Qualifications

QualificationsQualifications

• Study in Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies
• Past internship experience preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality-oriented, able to work independently and prioritise
• Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
